(I) Grass lawn material entering the site and transporting within the site

1. The goods are transported directly to the site.

2. Professional glue must be stored in a cool indoor area. Quartz sand and glue particles can be stored in an open air, but quartz sand needs to be rainproof. The storage area of quartz sand and glue particles must not hinder the traffic in the site and do not hinder the construction of other projects (plastic surface layer).

(II) Basic processing

Flush the foundation of the sports field. In order to ensure flatness and slope, the same basic material is used to level up in some high places on the base floor all day long and in some low places.

(III) Measurement and sampling:

1. Measure and lay out according to the construction drawings.

2. Use a calibration-calibrated theodolite and a 100M steel tape measure to check whether the size of the football field meets the requirements of the drawing design. If it is inappropriate, it should be modified in time, and the error is allowed to range 5WW.

(IV) Artificial grass skin shop

Paving of artificial turf in lawn sports fields (permitted error is within 5MM):

When artificial turf arrives at the construction site, according to the requirements of the construction drawings, arrange the paving machine in sequence according to the factory number, and lay the chromatic aberrations on the site should be avoided. If the color aberrations are found to be consistent in time, park for one day, so that the turf is stretched and stretched into place, start paving, wait until each roll of grass is pressed and squeezed to prevent wrinkles and bulges, and then tightly bond them. If it is not tight, use special adhesive for artificial turf to tighten and match them to make the whole lawn integrated, and pay attention to the construction:

1) The partition area and the joint area must be constructed according to the construction drawings, and the handover and overlap 5-8CW;

2) Fix the interface cloth under the cutting line, and apply special adhesive on the joint surface. After the fingers are dry, the joint is made, and the joint is smoothed after the joint is tied;

3) After the foot ball area is junctioned, cut it according to the curve line position, lay white line grass (i.e. foot ball line), brush special adhesive on the interface cloth, wait until the fingers are dry before joining. After the curve paving and joining is completed, check whether the joint areas of each building must be in good condition.

(V) Standard cable installation, allowable error 10 0MM upper and lower 2MM error

1. Plan according to the rules of football competition and mark the goal line;

2. Cut the turf according to the layout marking, lay the interface cloth under the cutting 2 lines to fix it, and apply special adhesive on the joint surface, wait until the fingers are dry before joining;

3. After the marking is installed, it is necessary to check whether each joint area is in good condition and whether each handover wire and the handover angle are smooth.

(VI) Silk sand and intercropping particles are arranged:

1. Quartz sand: Use acyl-washed quartz sand, with a particle size of 20-40 mesh.

2. Glue particles: Rubber particles are used, with a particle size of 0.5-1.5WN.

3. Quartz sand can only be laid after the artificial turf material of the football field is installed.

4. For quartz sand laying, use imported artificial turf sand filling machine to flow 25% of the standardized quartz sand into artificial grass longitudinally.

5. After laying quartz sand, use a sand handle to check whether it is flat and sufficient. The shortcomings should be supplemented as appropriate.

6. Any impurities found during the paving need to be removed immediately to ensure quality.

7. The quartz sand and the site during paving must be kept dry to facilitate the flow paving of quartz sand.

8. After the quartz sand is laid, you need to use a sand push board to make the quartz sand fully and dense.

9. In order to increase the elasticity of artificial turf, sprinkle glue particles on the quartz sand.

10. The final effect is that the quartz sand and glue particles are exposed to the grass hair surface 10MW.

(VII) Cleaning the site and inspecting and acceptance:

1. After the artificial grass is completed, the markings should be accurate and the colors should be consistent.

2. There should be no obvious seams or height differences on the site.

3. The lawn bonding areas should be firmly bonded, with sufficient fillings, flatness and even feet.
